For me the most important aspect, besides the professionalism, of course, was confidentiality. I needed movers to help me to move a close friend from very abusive environment. It had to be done delicately and extremely confidentially. I am thankful to Ottawa Pro Movers for doing a good job. I hired ottawa pro movers for my move and didn`t regret it. The movers were efficient and the service was excellent. I was mostly worried about them carrying my appliances. My washer and dryer were located in the basement and the stairs are pretty narrow. I was worried they will damage the walls and I was moving out of my friend`s house, so didn`t want any damage left behind. But the guys managed the appliances out of the basement without touching the walls, I still don`t know how! Thank you!!!

Ive moved many times now and each and every time, I find it to be very trivial and stressful. However this time was more or less of a breeze thanks to the reliable service they provided us. I will stay recommending Ottawa pro movers to students especially because this is a company that actually cares beyond just getting the job done. They take great care when they move your things, and do it in an efficient manner! Thanks again guys

I was surprised to find out that movers can be so polite and friendly. They made my move easy and almost fun. Wrapped my things carefully and worked really fast. I was out of that apartment in no time. Great moving experience.

This is the second time I used Ottawa Pro Movers. Both times they were extremely punctual, fast, reliable and honest. The movers are professional and courteous. We were actually charged less than the initial quote, and after the first 3 hours, the move time was measured to 15 minute increments to make the price as fair as possible. I recommend them unreservedly.

From booking to completion, our experience with Ottawa Pro Move was incredible. Once I booked, I received an email with details about date, time, and cost of the move. I confirmed the move a few days prior and received an email confirmation from Ottawa Pro Move the day before the move. The move went incredibly smoothly. Alain and Nicco showed up on time and immediately got to work.The move was done efficiently, professionally and without any kind of issue or damage. I would highly recommend

JUST DON'T

I wouldn't recommend. An hour late which isn't a huge deal usually but we were picking up furniture from someone who was on a tight schedule and they knew that. The movers were friendly but not professionals. I had to load/unload into the truck, keep the movers moving and then they overcharged us. The driver was incredibly rude and not helpful, left the truck open and unattended in Centertown while he went into my building to post flyers which my condo doesn't allow. Excellent moving experience with these guys. Made my move easy. I was so worried about fitting my oversized couch into new apartment, I was afraid I'll have to leave it behind. But they just got it in, I don't even realise how! They guys seem to be very professional and willing to help. Will definitely recommnend their services to anyone

Couldn't have ask...

Couldn't have asked for better. Hard working, knowledgeable & efficient. Courteous. Excellent loading. Arrived on time and finished at estimated time. I would recommend this crew to anyone.
