I went to this store and dealt with Andrea, I told her a specific price, and chose all my fixtures. When I returned after a week, I was told it was $2k more than I wanted to spend, and she then asked if this was acceptable. I said no and proceeded to leave, she then switched one low priced item, and like magic, it was in my budget. A horrible way to attempt to rip off a customer.

I finally found a chandelier that I liked to go in my dining room. Unfortunately, it ended up being too long for my space because of the rods that went with it. Sadly, I packed it up to return it. When I got to the store they made adjustments to it so that it would work in my space. They were amazing. I was thrilled to know that I could keep the chandelier.
