First off the wait for the food was very long approx. 40mins. seemed like the waitress was invisible,saw her once in those 40 mins. When the food finaly did arrive the chicken quesidia was burned with no chicken. My wrap was well just that a basic looking and very bland tasting wrap and a greek with dried up brown lettuce. After the meal I let the waiters know how I felt and all she did was shrug her shoulders and say we are very busy.
This was not the first time I have been disappointed at this place, the one on lasalle, I thought may the first time was just a chance and gave it one more try. Never again. Swiss Chalet NO WAY!
