The bartender Ann needs to go she’s very rude, aggressive, drinks on the job and overall terrible experience when she’s working. All the other days with the other bartenders is amazing. Ann just ruins all of our night with her negative attitude and lack of customer service
The service by the wait staff is excellent. The manager and the owner are both excellent people who are the right fit for this establishment. This is a neighbourhood 'pub' where the patrons and the staff are accomodating, friendly and there is a family feel to the pub. My spouse and I are regulars there now and have enjoyed many meals prepared by their cooks. The meals range from appetizers to their many entrees: toasted western sandwich to the sirloin steak done to perfection. Whatever they prepare is done very well. Only once have I had a complaint but there was a new cook on staff. Things are great now. Try this pub out for a meal and a couple of drinks, you will not be disappointed. Have a game of pool or darts while listening to your favourite music on the techically advanced "juke box". It's not the same anymore. "Come on in to a place where everybody knows your name." Cheers!
Visited The Crown and Anchor at supper time on a Friday evening. I ordered the New York striploin, it was cooked medium rare to perfection. My wife and I shared the meal which came with a heaping serving of garlic-mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. We had a glass of wine each and the bill was only $20 plut tax. Wow incredible food at terrific prices. The bar staff made us feel at home, what a wonderful place to drop in on a Friday. Even the other customers were very friendly, terrific atmosphere.

tHE cHEF(rOYCE) MAKES YOU FEEL VERY WELCOME. THE FOOD TOOK A LITTLE LONGER TO ARRIVE THAN EXPECTED, BUT WAS WORTH WAITING FOR. THE LAMB WAS JUICY WITH A WONDERFUL HINT OF MINT. MASHED GARLIC POTATOES WERE EXCELLENT TOO. WINE LIST IS SHORT, BLUE COLLAR STYLE WINES. OVERALL EXCELLENT DINING
