I tried placing an order online, then on the app, then by calling. I gave up after one hour. I was told they cannot find the address in the system. It is not a new street, 10 minutes away from Pizza Pizza. The agent on the phone wouldn't:couldn't connect me to the local pizza pizza. My neighbor had the same problem and he lived there over 10 years.

Staggeringly bad service

wait 45 minutes for delivery, call local shop only to be told they have system problems with the web order - they never received it. I'm told they wont provide the 40 minute delivery guarantee on the order either. No idea about customer service, complete lack of interest in what they are doing. I can accept they rarely get the order correct as they are cheap but this is just disappointing.
