I had a car stereo installed and there was a problem with it (from factory). They installed a second new stereo which had the same problem. Then they upgraded my new stereo no charge. The guys in the car audio department were AMAZING!! THANKS VISIONS!!!!
Once again, I received phenomenal service at Visions Regent location! Aaron went above and beyond to make sure that I was accommodated and satisfied with my product! Visions will be my go to when we’re in need of future electronics.

Yesterday I had to get a new cell phone, the staff was so amazing making a simple process. This is my go to place for electronics. I have bought sound system,tv,and 3 cell phones and have never been disappointed. Thank you DAJ
I have shopped at visions for 15 years now and I trust the staff and the recommendations they give me. Never have I had a bad product or service issue where they haven’t taken care of it in a professional manner. I shop now where else for any of my electronics. I recommend this store to ALL my family and friends
Employee Theft. In 2016 we returned a Android box and Air remote. The rep claimed he would only refund for the box, because he claimed we dont have the remote. We get home and realize theres a high chance that the employee committed theft. And yes we even checked the vehicle.
Ill never deal with this store again. Very annoyed with the intall staff my vehicle is in for the 2nd time to get a remote starter installed the 1st time they had it for 6hrs and called to say the installer cut himself and they could not do it, now they want it for the whole day (8hrs) the excuse is they have other installs.
Would give a 0 stars if I could.
Visions at Regent Ave , Winnipeg is worst than anybody else, They set the example of bad customer service, Their dealing at time of sale and after that, when you have problem with product is way different. DO NOT GO THERE. YOU MAY SAVE SOME PENIES BUT YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR PEACE OF MIND AT SOME POINT
Terrible customer service all nice when you are buying and giving them your money.If you have a problem after or want to return something it's a whole different story will never shop there again.
Looks like I'm not the only one with a poor rating for this store. If there was a negative ( minus ) I'd use it !! Horrible , horrible customer service. I did not even want to give this location a star. They did not give me the correct product when sold. Did not call or contact me when the proper part arrived. Did not have the item in stock afterwards. I will have to wait 2-3 weeks. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Visions electronics 1520 regent ave Winnipeg mb. Horrible customer service once this business received our money (over $3500) there was a complete 360 in attitude. Lied to us basically laughed at us and told us to bad when we tried to rectify our issue. Still have not received our full purchase and install that was 7 weeks ago. Worst customer service in our life's as well as worst we have ever been treated all across Canada.
Tim in car audio is great. Stay away from the other salesmen. Great install but you pay for it.
What a bad place to shop !!! I try to buy my stuff from visions as its a canadian company but ill b buying my stuff online from now on.after u stand around for 20 minutes waiting. They help up to the point i tell them i have my own installer then they have other things to do and cant help me any longer i usually watch them to c whats so important and they usully go talk at the front counter or go in the back room.these young kids take no pride in their work if u arnt gonna make them money they dont wanna help u.try a different visions cause this one doesnt care about their customers
