Rented a Trailer from Langley Sunrise Office (same owner). Yard staff hooked up trailer which came off the hitch on my way home. They tried to tell me I had the wrong hitch, but i sent them photos and had their own yard staff confirm the hitch was correct. My vehicle is damaged. Someone could have been killed. They wont return my calls or emails.
