I cannot understand how a company like Panasonic would deal with an unprofessional company like this. Just have a look at their exterior and that will tell you what their so-called service is going to be like. Pathetic. Will not answer their phone (due to "Covid", but don't answer email either) So good luck. Just have a look at the exterior and see if it matches their very professional web site. If there was a no star rating I would give it.
