I was at the Spruce Grove CT Auto Centre today buying a battery like many others. They had a battery that worked for me but stocks were getting low. What disturbed me today was that there were three people there that were waited on not wearing a face covering. Why were these individuals allowed in and served without putting on a mask? Are employees not empowered to tell them to mask up? Anti-mask types need to stop being so ignorant and selfish and learn to respect others. Unbelievable!!

absolutely not impressed with the mechanic service. we knew what the problem was and asked if a mechanic was available to do it right now they said yes. then we sat for two hours only to be told the mechanic couldn’t actually fix the brake line and he was now busy with another vehicle. not impressed whatsoever will not ever be bringing any future mechanical issues to them. only gave them 1 star because i couldn’t submit my review without that.

Automotive staff screwed up the paperwork when I bought a battery last year, now I am out the warranty because they (deliberately?) gave me a receipt with the wrong battery info. I am mostly upset about the deceitful treatment I received. Never, never, never again will I set foot in that store again. (Well, except to return everything possible that I have bought from them). Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me.

I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

Ordered a tail light 1 year ago... a year ago... made several calls about... several calls... a year later I got my tail light ... after my vehicle was repaired 11 months ago.

I am an older lady and a mechanical idiot. I took my electronic scale to get a new battery. At customer service I met a very pleasant young man Greg. He took my scale apart, took out the old battery went to the battery place found the battery I needed, installed it and made sure it worked. Couldn't improve on the service if they tried.

The most AWFUL pl...

The most AWFUL place to get anything done. If you value your car DO NOT TAKE it here. I went here to install a remote car starter, after 10 hours they tell me they don't know how to do it. On top of it, they break my side view mirror, and refuse to take the responsibility for it. Their customer service department says, it is not their job to help. They did half an install of the remote in the car and now there are gaping bare wires in there.

This is the worst...

This is the worst Canadian Tire store I have visited. Customer service is horrible. I have always been a fan of Canadian Tire wherever I have lived. However, this store disappoints time and time again. The last straw was when I wanted to exchange an item. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to serve me. While waiting, I had to watch 4 employees stand and chit chat while I waited. When I finally asked for help the girl was rude. Never again. 4 years of misery is enough.
