If I could give negative stars I would. My husband has been charged for a membership which was cancelled due to medical conditions back in March 2017. He was told at that time that it would be taken care of and there would be a credit for the heart monitor he never received. He was not charged for April-June but no credit for the heart monitor he paid for. In July he was charged the monthly fee again. He went in again in July to get it corrected, yet here we are mid August & no credits.
