The Team Ford staff is absolutely wonderful! They are terribly kind and take the time to genuinely get to know you on a personal level, which isn’t something you see very often in the customer service industry. They make you feel like family, always ready with a smile or a kind word. I live on the opposite end of the city, but will happily drive to Team Ford for all my vehicle needs!

SERVICE REVIEW – I made an appointment for first thing Monday in advance, not knowing that they were days behind. They had my vehicle for 3 whole days, did nothing with it and didn’t communicate with me at all. Leo was argumentative and completely unapologetic when confronted and told me that they “can’t predict the future”. Why bother taking appointments then? They need a lesson in customer service!

I had a very good experience with Mark. Went in to trade my car for a truck. Was very picky and precise about what I needed and wanted in my truck. He made it happen and put me in a beautiful FX4 with full appearance package like i wanted and the space my family needed and deserve. Will do business again with Mark and will def send people his way. Very professional and great Sales person.

I need to tape these sales rep.... Everytime they promise you a deal and you return they said it didn't happen... I wouldn't even introduce/recommend my enemies to team ford.... Please be careful when shopping at this location....

I went in with a flat tire, they figured out what the problem was wrong with it immediately. Quick, efficient, friendly. Lenard and Steve are the best!!
