Went to have my all-season exchanged for all-weather recently. Was told it would take up to one hour and a half and it was done in that time frame. Great service. Fair price. Will go there again.

Dropped my truck off for a front tire repair. Getting my truck back I drove around to get the kilometres required for the retorque. On the drive discovered my key for my locking lug nuts was not placed back in my vehicle. Returning to KalTire I was informed that they could not find the key. It cost me over $140 to have the old ones cut off and new ones installed, all I was offered was an instore credit for the receipt amount. Why would I want a credit when I shouldn't have had to pay to fix it!

I want to add my voice to the positive reviews of this location. Five different members of my family have this location as their go-to service location. Service has always been excellent and prices competitive with other service centres. I recommend this place.

I recently went to the Ellerslie location and had the worst customer service of my life from the manager. I booked an appointment to swap my winters for my summers. He was disgustingly rude, rolled his eyes at me and would laugh at his computer screen when I was explaing something to him. If I had more room to explain it all. I would. I will never spend my money at Kaltire again.
