Staff member who handled invoice 9285661 Tyler Bodman was very patient, courteous, and listened to me. He showed me a video on how to install the cartridge. I got the job done by a friend. Tyler explained to turn off water before work to begin. He is a keeper, and I hope he gets recognized for his service. Thank you
