My A/C stopped working during a heatwave and Ezra made time in his schedule to come by and fix the unit. I have used First Klass a couple more times for odd jobs and everyone I've dealt with was amazing. When looking at air filters, they took time to explain differences in each option and didn't try to upsell me. I wish all trades were as easy to deal with as First Klass. Highly recommend!!!

I was calling around to find a furnace repair tech in Kelowna, and this was the first company that was able to schedule a same-day appointment. They were a real pleasure to deal with. A+ for service.

We had the best service ever. All other companies told us we would have to wait for a replacement A/C until mid-September. Fraser Murray gave us next day service and they were cheaper than anyone else. We couldnt be happier. Donna and Allan
