My computer was hacked this week and at the suggestion of a friend I turned to Derek of Bennett Consulting for help. He cleared appointments and set to work. There was a lot of damage and cleanup to do but he got the job done and at a reasonable price. Now I am comfortable using my computer and thank him so much for doing such a great job for me.

I would like to thank the person running this business on Oak Park Drive. My glass on my cell phone broke and he took me in right away and fix the for me within the hour cuz I told him I was from Niagara Falls. A week later I broke the glass again from dropping on concrete and once again this gentleman came through for me and took care of me. He is a true professional and I highly recommended. It isn't easy, finding someone you can do the hard stuff and trust that they Show You The Way. I've been in and out of therapy since my teens. Some I fired. Some I gave blind faith. The office is bright and nicely finished with a large selection of frames and sun glasses. They sell only the most up to date lenses, so you know you are getting the best quality pair of glasses available.
The eye exam was the most detailed eye exam I have ever had. They take pictures of your eyes in order to monitor for any changes in eye health between exams, they explain everything they are doing. It was great. I even took my 6 month old baby for his first eye exam.

I really want to recommend Jim White auto service as a very fair place to get your car repairs and sevice done. It is widely known that many service stations take advantage of women and up their prices, NOT SO JIM WHITE.If he sees, on inspection that your car doesn't need repairs, he doesn't charge for the check up. They are on Gartshore Fergus, and have a very spacious facility and parking lot. Very polite and friendly staff too..

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free.
