Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. I went in this week and purchased a brand new 2017 Kia Sorento. The same day they got it out of the show room and my wife and I drove it home. My daughter attends university in Guelph. She was experiencing problems with her truck so I called Howie at Autosparks. He asked if my daughter could drop the truck off to which she did. About an hour later Howie called me here in Toronto and explained what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable rate to fix the problems. He actually over delivered by going out of his way to do a full vehicle inspection and give me the report! His honesty and knowledge keeps us as his customer. His service was timely and the price very reasonable.

We were so happy to come across Matt and his fine group of trustworthy guys here! Isn't that always the best word you want to hear from someone speaking about their auto technicians?.... Trustworthy! Matt and his crew have been our mechanics for a couple of years now and we can't say enough good things about all of them! I love that I can go in to my mechanics's shop and without a hesitation know that what they say needs to be done, does, and nothing more is added to make a few bucks.
