I am a landlord, utilizing RSPMs services for 3 years. Rentals are not an easy business, most tenants are great and pay on time, but some bad apples will vacate an entire building with their stupidities. RSPM has been very professional and has treated every one of my tenants very fairly, even if it means evicting them if necessary. They keep you informed, advise you of required repairs, and collect rents on time. If you take care of your building, your tenants will be well taken care of by RSPM.

I have giving my properties to Northern Property Management to take care of and I must admit it is nice knowing that they collect the rent and take care of all issues pertaining to my buildings. I can now travel without worrying about the small issues that come up every now and then. I am very happy with there service and highly recommend them.
