No surprises. Heat pump was installed as explained. Tech installers were knowledgeable in the heat pump installations. Time was taken to test and run the LG Prestige heat pump I purchased. Lead hand was certified in refrigeration/heat systems. Heat pump is working fine. Two thumbs up and five star to One Touch Heat & Cool Inc.
