This is one great fish and chip establishment. Always have enjoyed the Haddock dinners with family. The service has been fast but the odd time when the orders are pouring in. Amazing place to eat!!!

I'm thinking a competitor wrote the review Small and Thin. Why else would they say they aren't good? I have been going there for years and they have the best fish and chips I have ever eaten. If they aren't a competitor, they should go back and try them again. They don't know what the're missing.

New owner is a red seal chef and the food quality reflects that.
Awesome tasting food great prices and excellent atmosphere.
I highly recommend this restaurant and I will be returning for more delicious food.
This place is a little gem tucked into a mini mall area.

My husband and i went there at lunch time and the food was hot and good. It seems like a lot of batter on it but the batter is light and crisp. We enjoyed our meal and would go back again.

Family run, cosy atmosphere, very friendly, feels like family. Great service in very clean restaurant. Been going since 2000, and have never had anything but great quality. Once you have had their light crisp batter that's not greasy and their homemade French fries you won't go anywhere else.

Based upon its reviews, we contracted with Kori's to cater lunch for 15 people at our new Oakville offices. Our people enjoyed the fun of making their own roti sandwiches. Interesting flavours. A refreshing break from the usual business lunch of: wraps, sandwiches, salads and pizza.

We have visited Watermark several times, and unlike most of the posters have never had a problem. Except. they should ban smoking on the patio, although that might be a city bylaw. Our recent visit was a busy, sunny Sunday at around noon. We were told it would be about 10 minutes to be seated, actually it turn out to be around 5 minutes. After being seated our waitress showed up in good time and asked for our drink order, she showed up quickly with our drinks and took our food order. She said the kitchen was quite busy and our order might take a little longer than usual. We asked about appetizers that might hold us to the food arrived and she said they really don't serve them. Imagine our surprise when showed up a little while later with a plate of mini muffins for us, and then, refilled the plate. I know it's not much.....but it was something. And actually, it didn't seem like too long till our food arrived. The only complaint was from my daughter....kids.....who said, and this well be somewhat odd, her tacos had too much topping on them, and that the meat sauce made the tortilla chips "soggy". She may right on "soggy" bit, but she likes the chips most of all :-) . It was a good lunch, and everyone enjoyed their meal, although the accompanying salads with sandwiches were on the small side. Chicken club was made with a chicken breast, and lobster clubs had plenty of filling. If I have a different experience, I'll post it.
