Have had only miele appliances in my two houses for the past twenty five years.two dishwashers, two ranges, and two ovens. Have had no issues with the quality product. Also have a miele vacuum cleaner and the bags and filters. Sold our house and the dishwasher utensil tray clip snapped. 13 year old dishwasher and avenue ordered the parts and they were in a week. Great job. Friendly staff and quality service. Well done

Upon entering you are greeted by a very polite and professional young lady. Like all public places your temperature is taken and you are asked to sanitize your hands. This is the norm these days. absolutely fantastic service. Had a washing machine that would not do the rinse cycle, or drain.
Called them and was told a tech would be out in an hour.
He was. Showed up, diagnosed the issue, provided a quote to fix and was in and out in quick order.
Price was very fair and I truly appreciate the ability to come out so quickly.
