This store is a hidden gem in which I found the most perfect dress for my wedding and one of the most loving salespersons I have ever encountered. I felt I mattered. This is a place I will return to and suggest to people I know (and don't know). I paid a visit again after my wedding to show pictures of my special day and left with a big smile on my face and a warm heart.

I've found C&M Textiles to be excellent. They have a great selection, a wonderful showroom and the staff, in particular Alicia, are very professional and helpful. Will be using it often and recommending them to friends.

I recently went in to take a look at bridesmaid dresses for my friend's wedding. We didn't intend to purchase anything that day nor did we have an appointment but the experience was very positive! The salesperson was extremely helpful and listened to our preferences when we were picking out dresses to try on. There was a great selection and the colour options were beautiful. As a result of both the selection of dresses and the amazing service, we will be purchasing our bridesmaid dresses here!

Tina is a master dress maker! I came with an idea and she made it reality. I have been her customer for nearly 20 years. First she made a gown for my work Christmas party, then she made my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses. First Communion and Flower girl dresses for my daughters. Absolutely gorgeous every time!!

I tried a number of places in Ottawa to buy a bridal dress. I went to this place and loved the dresses. I have only two weeks, so they ordered for me right away, very kind two ladies.

My fave Bridal Shop in Ottawa area. First time here was for my wedding, when Linda welcomed me on as a walk-in & dressed my wedding party. Since then gone back for 3 other weddings & once to buy a dress off the sale rack. Great deals on discontinued sample dresses! I recently even ordered a flattering style from her catalogue with her help & knowledge of styles & body types. I've sent several friends to her shop, all 100% pleased. I will never go anywhere else when looking for dresses!

I had my prom dress made at this location, with only a month left before prom.
The owner was very nice, approachable and accommodating.
I wanted something very particular and complex and the dress turned out even better than what I could've imagined.
Even with the short notice, she fit in an appointment halfway through the dress making process to make sure that everything was coming out the way I wanted it to be.
That was after the initial appointment (measurements, description of dress, etc.).
I will definitely be going back to this location for all my clothing needs. :)
