Superb service and outcomes. Made a huge mistake buying a Mini Countryman. The car was sucking more than $750/month. Overpriced Mini Ottawa did not demonstrate (to me) the expertise and any restraint when it came to expenses. In came Manny who found a cost effective solution delivered with confidence and TLC. Don't hesitate.

Honest and fair. The owner has fixed both my and my husbands cars since he opened several years ago. We have never been disappointed, and he gives us options when they are available. He has even helped us out as he was closing! Thank goodness it was a quick fix!

I visited Little's on Thursday, February 23rd, 2012 to have my brake pads replaced and a belt squeak checked out. The management and the mechanics were professional and friendly, the prices were very reasonable, and they were able to fix up the car very quickly and on short notice. The final amount was below what was quoted to me and the car is running great. Worth the drive out from Ottawa - I'll be back for sure. Definitely recommend!
