Believe I got very honest inspection, service, advice, answers to my many concerns and questions I wrote down when left for service and asked when back after service. Good practical common sense opinions and advice on whats worth spending on and not. Old car, keep oil spray rust preventing yrly, keep fluid levels watched, changed and the right type per manual. Very little fluid loss so not worth mega cost of engine, pump, etc overhaul, despite tiny loss to top up occasionally.Avoid big bumps ;-)

Been dealing there since they opened in the spring of 2003. They’ve become one of the best Autoshops I’ve ever dealt with. They seem to keep up with the amazing changes in technology through their professional knowledge & actions. Service advice and records are kept in their data banks for years. Almost all parts and repairs come with warranties which we’ve actually had honored by them when needed. They sure seem honest and loyal to us customers. Hope this lasts forever.

These guys at Tembro are awesome. They honestly tell you what needs to be repaired or replaced. They dont keep parts that you paid for.I wish I had gone to Tembros back in the 80,s with my other vehicles I owned back then. Oh well, Now I know where to take my truck and car for servicing. H & H auto team were so fair & professional. Our car needed fixing before my mum & I could continue any further on our trip, from Ottawa to AB.
Nita is a true gem & put us at ease knowing the car was safe with them. We were so impressed with the knowledge of the mechanic & team. They were able to fix the pulley & alternator so that we could continue on our journey. I truly recommend H & H auto! They made a tough time okay & are truly appreciated:)
