We had an issue with our gas fireplace. The technicians Brad and Curtis were extremely helpful and resolved our issue with the gas valve replacement on our fireplace. They were both extremely professional and skilled. Very courteous and personable technicians. We are extremely impressed with the efficiency and quick response to our request for repairs.

An excellent experience. Kerry was an absolute pleasure to work with - prompt, professional and so friendly. With years of expertise and experience under his belt, he is still able to explain things in a way that makes it easy for a home owner to understand. The work was done on time AND on budget, I will most definitely be calling Kerry back for any future work and would recommend him to any friends or family.

North Durham Appliances recommended by a friend. Called on a Friday and left a message. Company called back within an hour and set up a service call for the following Monday. Service Technician arrived when scheduled, appliance repaired. Very professional, reasonable fee......can't ask for much more! Will recommend this company to others.

Couldn't ask for a nicer guy. He was the only person of the ten or so I called that helped us over the phone to fix the problem, in turn saving us a ton of money. Will only ever call him for appliance repair. Amazing, knowledgable and extremely nice guy.

My washer blew it's transmission, oil all over the floor. The service man came in, was very polite, clean looking and offered to remove his work shoes. The job was done, no mess left behind, he even wiped up the oil on the floor that I couldn't get at :) Found a part that needed replacing, not connected to the transmission, went all the way back to the shop and got the part and put it in, no charge....fabulous!! I have used this business several times now, and I would recommend them in a heart
