I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

The best customer service I have ever experienced! Had a problem with shipping. (Fed ex). Bed Bath and Beyond was amazing. Answered emails promptly, took care of my concerns. Everyone I dealt with did an amazing job!!
