The suit I needed wasn't available in my size the day I came in. Despite this, my customer consultant Harmanvir accurately sized me up using available clothes so I could place a timely order. There was trouble supplying the right size suit pants, but each step of the way Harmanvir kept me in the loop and arranged for the best possible outcome. In the end she got me exactly the right size, and was a delight to work with. It's rare to have someone work so proactively for my benefit.

Reitman's in Shawnessy is the most amazing clothing store I have ever frequented - not only do they carry petite sizes, their products and prices are the most economical and well lasting. I would like to commend Gail and Camille for their outstanding service yesterday, June 24th, when I was ordering items that are going to be shipped directly to my home. I went in to shop for some shoes for my husband who can not go out and shop right now due to covid. Right from the door and talking with the woman i felt taken care of. She paged an individual to come find me and take care of me. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and eased my mind with having to purchase something and possibly have to return it during covid. Thank you to the staff at this location!!

I have been a Cleo shopper for over 30 years and have enjoyed shopping at your stores. The Market Mall, Calgary store has been convenient to get to and the ladies at this particular store have been most helpful and courteous. I was very disappointed to see the notification that the store was CLOSING Jan. 28, 2018. I hope the store re-opens in Market Mall in a new location. Cleo has clothing suitable for those of us over 40 with styles that are simple but yet fashionable.
