You can see he exemplifies his caring for the team he surrounds himself with as well .

The food is consistently great (much more than it has been in past years), and very cheap, much cheaper than most restaurants in Chatham. The servers are also very nice. Only downside is that sometimes food can take a bit of time, especially when the restaurant is busier, but I'd say that it's for the wait.
