Big shoutout to David Psaila at Affordable Comfort Ltd. He just finished up maintaining my furnace and he was great. Super professional but also just a down-to-earth person who’s easy to talk to.
He didn't just blast through the job; he actually flagged a few things that needed to be addressed and taught me some stuff about my furnace that I had no clue about as well as things to keep an eye on. It's great to find someone honest who isn't just trying to upsell you.

Brandon is an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and most importantly provided a thorough explanation of what was being done. He didnt rush through the job and took his time to troubleshoot and diagnose my AC problem. Brandon is a honest person who went ABOVE AND BEYOND his duties to ensure that we got my AC up and running properly.

I couldnt get my gas fireplace to light. The CustomComfort team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and arranged to order a replacement part. They replaced the part, cleaned up afterwards and left the fireplace not only working, but looking better than it had before. I was very impressed with them, would use them again, and would highly recommend them!

I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again
