Their custom builds suited my budget & needs. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, & made sure every aspect was covered. The staff was also incredibly friendly & helpful & their level of service & technical expertise is unmatched. Had our 1 year old computer restored. All data recovered, including 20 years' worth of pictures. Service was fast and passed on some good advice to us. I would recommend them for sure. Brigitte

These guys know what their doing , I have needed their help on several occasions . If there is a way to fix it without costing an arm or a leg give these Guys a call, as for questions ask away they are very helpful.

Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Andrew!

I have a 7 month old Toshiba Satellite Laptop that started making allot of noise. Turned out the heatsink fan was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Toshiba told me in order to have it covered under the warranty I'd have to mail the unit to Markham. This is my business machine so I couldn't be without it for several weeks or more. I found Audcomp and they saved the day. The ordered the replacement parts and fixed my laptop in just a couple of hours. They're professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company!!!
