This place is amazing! I have a MacBook that I literally bought 1 year ago, unfortunately it go water damaged from my infant daughter. The computer was giving a replace battery signal. When I took it to the apple store and I was told that I should buy a new computer since the battery alone couldn’t be replaced, as it was costing $875 to fix everything. I was going to buy a new computer as suggested. But my gut told me to bring it to this place. In less than 10 mins the problem was resolved.

My Mac computer had a virus that I just couldn't get rid of so I called ProTech on a Sunday afternoon and Richard came to pick up my computer by supper. He called to give me a status update on Monday, and then had the computer back to me by Tuesday evening. Very reasonable price for the repair. Richard even gave me some suggestions regarding backup issues and helped me navigate through the new operating system after he completed an update for me. I would definitely recommend this company!

Called and Spoke to Ali regarding a broken screen in my Apple 13" Air Laptop. Very friendly on the phone, he had the part to replace the screen and his price was very reasonable compared to several other quotes i had. He was willing to wait and have me bring it over that evening before he left. He estimated the repair to take 2 days. Repair was completed as he said and wanted me to check it over before i paid him. They said they will backup all my data and upgrade my computer from Windows XP to Windows 7. They installed Office Suite, Adobe, Flash, STOPzilla AntiVirus Program (one year subscription). I was experiencing issues with my Bell Wi-Fi, so I reached out to Signa to improve speed and coverage in my home. They recommended a Ubiquiti Wi-Fi system, which was expensive. However, considering all I've been through with Rogers, then mesh, and finally Bell, I decided to give this new system a try. Now, coverage is excellent across all three floors of my home, and speed matches what I'm paying for with Bell. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the Ubiquiti system and highly recommend Signa.

My 2011 MacBook Pro wouldn't close and saw that the trackpad was lifted. I called and informed Alan of the issue. He knew right away what the problem was.
When he looked into my computer, Alan realized it was pretty much toast. As soon as I got a new MacBook, he went above and beyond recovering my old data from my old mac to the new one within a couple of hours.
I am extremely happy with his service and expertise.
