They not only had the ring I wanted, but they also resized it right there for me. They even polished my wife's bangles for free. Rachel and her team offered the most outstanding customer service today. Not only did they take their time to make sure the sizing was going to be the best solution for me for my own ring, when she heard the second ring I was sizing was for my daughter's birthday, she put a rush on the job so that I would have the ring in time for her birthday!!

Class act! Purchased beads online and when they arrived I was thrilled with the quality. From the day of purchase to delivery was 4 days. What I saw online did not do justice to what I received.
