Account was hacked on April 30th - frequent and tiny Visa Debit Purchases wiped out my Account. Card was cancelled, Fraud Department Investigation opened. I had been waiting for a new Card as Clients couldn't pay me as even my PayPal was disabled. Had a balance of $148

We recently came to RBC for advice about our investments. Having had a less than satisfactory experience with our previous advisor, we were quite apprehensive. However, Bram met with us at the Gibson branch and was great to work with. Seafair is my home branch. When my husband and I changed from another bank over 10 years ago, we could not believe the difference!
The staff are awesome! Right from the Manager, Rick, other managers, Karen, Paul, etc financial advisors, Andrew, Michael, Best Receptionist Ever, Roxana (sp?), and all the other staff, I can remember some but not all so I don't want to leave anyone out! Everyone knows my name, friendly, will spend any time to help you with whatever you need!
