Poor customer service. Delivery date confirmed with four days notice with the owner. Did not show up or call after having taking a full day off work waiting. When told him we were disappointed and told him our situation, he told us that he "was probably driving when he talked to us and maybe lost the order. Accidents happen. And with an attitude like ours to go somewhere else." Pitiful business ethics.
