It is the worst shopping experience there. The sweater necklace I bought is tarnished after 2-3 times wearing and I was told no return can be applied because it is on sale. But it is quality problem and I wouldnt pay 20 dollars for 3 times use. So unreasonable! Finally I got exchanged but the new one I got is tarnished already now and I dont want to deal with the store anymore!!! It is so disappointing and I will never shop there!!
