I wrote a complaint about my experience at this location and was called by the Manager shortly there after. We had a talk and essentially a screaming match on the phone about how his staff were supposedly at the gym. I ended up waiting around for staff but no one showed up to let me into the facility. Then, the owner threatened to charge a fee to another member a of the gym for letting me into the facility despite the fact that I am and was a member in good standing. Terrible customer service.

Personal trainer Sarah at Stonebridge location in Saskatoon ran late, did not apologize, was very rude and accommodating and I left feeling very uncomfortable and worse then when I came in.
