after being a slightly satisfied customer for over a year and spending a ton of money.. they destroyed my hair with bleach.. made it the completely different color.. stained my jeans,shirt and purse.. owner refused to speak to me.. no compensation for the damaged clothes.. sent me home in a haircut gown.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

J'y suis allée hier pour la 1ère fois et ce sera maintenant mon salon de coiffure. Vraiment très satisfaite. La coloriste Léa est plus que bonne, elle est excellente et Nadia qui m'a coiffée m'a fait une coupe tout à fait à mon goût. Bravo à toute l'équipe de Ozone. Je recommande ce salon sans hésiter.

very professional,customer oriented and cuts your hair exactly as requested,no surprises.Better to spend a bit more for quality and exacting service,as the saying goes " you get what you pay for ".
