No one ever answers the phone. I tried multiple times over many days just to get a busy signal. I had to physically go in and wait in line just to make an appointment for months later. They need to figure out a new system or at least get an answering machine!
Some people invite negative responses from receptionists. My experience is 100% percent different.
I called over 20 times to confirm an appointment. The recorder said to call back. I could not even leave a message. Completely outrageous.

Ce médecin est vraiment génial et il mérites toutes les honneurs car il est direct quand il t expliques ton problème et en plus il est très sympathique. Toute était parfait et le service est hors paire. Mon copain a eu un traitement au laser car il a deja une lentille mais ne voyait plus rien. Traitement fait à Lachine et il est très satisfait.
