I brought my toddler to check his lungs by xray on February 13th. The blond technician was SO rude and impatient. He hit a high fever and turned blue. I wanted to give him tylenol asap to control fever as per my sons pediatrician. She told me in a frustrated manner to drop it. She took my son and put him on the chair while he was screaming, not giving me a chance to do so myself and told him to shush as she shoved his paci in his mouth. It was a very quiet day - no reason to rush.
