I had a bad experience and retrieved from their program. The coach lady I was assigned doesn’t listen! She asks questions regardless that they were previously answered. It happened more than once. I had to tell her over than 10 times and that I changed my mind and will not continue with them. She kept on calling and text me, insisting until I had to tell her No Madame! A month later she calls again! It felt like harassment! How can someone who doesn’t listen could be a coach or help to anyone?
