Worst service ever... Your appointment will never be on time. They even lose their appointment and you have to wait for weeks before you get a new one. The manager is rude and has an attitude. Even if you think you got a great deal just save your money !
I have to completely agree with tamara22! I have never seen such a rude, disrespectful and unprofessional staff. I went there for laser hair removal only because I got a great deal from teambuy. However if I knew how their staff was with their customers and around their customers and how they are with their equipment, I'd never go there. You do not feel comfortable asking them a question because they do NOT understand a single word of English that you are saying so I would try to put speak french as best as I could and they would not try to understand what I would say. There is no professionalism, they are fooling around even while you wait for your appointment which was usually 15-20 minutes late. And they are giggling when they call to confirm the appointment.
This is the absolute worst spa type place I have ever been to! They have the worst service; they laugh at customers who can't speak proper english in front of other customers! I personally went in for laser hair removal treatments and as much as I hated going there, I sucked it up and went for my sessions every 6 weeks. But then I got this one girl, I think her name was Audrey? Could not speak a WORD of english (most of them can't either) and the girl burnt me! The idiot didn't apply the gel well enough to cover the whole skin and went over my bare skin with the laser, resulting in a burn... I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone; not just because of the burns but because the staff are unbelievably rude!
