Bought 2011. I called for issues with windows, plumbing, roofing and always got sent to subcontractors. I always ended up solving the issue myself after wasting time asking voyer. I had water infiltration in garage, first they said it could not be, then we could send someone for a fee, when they finally sent someone I received an email with a picture circling snow on the roof as the reason. I climbed the roof, re-placed missing caulking no more water. Don't expect ANY after sales service.
