Really bad service. They never answer calls. I tried for 45min to get a hold of someone and nothing. For such a large company the phone system is garbage and flawed. I guess Im only important when Im spending my money buy not when I have a question.

the smelly staples.....................meh

meh....it smelt really weird in the store kind of like sweat the employees are quite lazy and seemed annoyed when you ask for help

Fantastic store, but most of all amazing service. People that work there are organized and helpful, but the BEST job is done my manager Kowshihan, he provides excellent customer service and does his 101% to help any customer. I truly hope his hard work is recognized with in the company!

Us anybody there?

Take your computer in to the store, they will tell you that a phone call will come within two days, no phone call, then spend the next three days trying to call them, no answer, no message system. What a disaster!
