I started training at F45 Tecumseh in July of 2019 and it has been a safe haven for me and many other people. The coaches are fantastic, they always push you to do your best and work your hardest during a workout. With Covid they have gone above and beyond to make everyone safe by following all precautions necessary. Very thankful this year for this community
If I could give F45 Tecumseh 10 stars I would. My favourite part of F45 is that the coaches are there to motivate and encourage you and make sure that your form is optimal. This means better results and less risk of injury -something no other gym I have been to can offer. If you have not tried it yet sign up for a one-week free trial... you wont regret it.
I only have amazing things to say about F45... the incredible coaches, the team environment, and the comprehensive workouts make me look forward to 5:30am everyday! If you haven’t tried F45 yet, you’re missing out on a life changing opportunity!
