5 hours after he was supposed to call back regarding an emergency repair tonight, the repair guy FINALLY calls back and says it's too late, he can't come now, might have been able to do it 5 hours ago then changes his tune and says he wouldn't have been. Me: "If you had told me that five hours ago, I would have been able to get someone else to do it. Now it's too late." Him: "Well, you're not going to freeze to death tonight, so don't worry about it." Me: "I will never use your company."
I have dealt with Blue Flame for years. They have repaired my air conditioner, replaced my furnace, and ensured my pool heater is working perfectly. It's good to know I have a heating and air-conditioning contractor I can count on.
