Ordered a hamburger and there was no meat on it! The fries were also soggy. I called and for over 10 minutes could hear them bashing customers. I hung up and went back. When I got there. I just demanded a refund for the whole order. But they didn’t want to at first. After, I said would you like pay for an order that wasn’t prepared properly? I want my money back! Then, I was offered a free burger on top of the refund. I took the refund only and left The apology wasn’t good. Would not go back!
