Sandy Somers, the owner of the Whitby & Pickering Tile Centre, can provide such advice. “I opened the store in 1986 after I did a big renovation job on my home,” says Sandy. “There wasn’t anywhere locally which sold a good range of tiling back then. That’s what gave me the idea.”
