Last takeout order ( 5 dishes ), found a rusty piece of metal on my food. When I called back the restaurant manager, I was treated with a rude attitude and his 1st comment to me after telling him about the piece of metal was "... which item had the metal, I will give you a credit on that " . Was a long time customer of this restaurant (ever since it opened as an expansion from the original in Markham). .. service has been getting worse for a couple of years, but now the food is also garbage

Great food, but too slow service. Waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for my order - Takeout (spent 45 minutes standing at the restaurant).

Redecorated!

Haven't been here for a while and was pleasantly surprised to find that they have redecorated. Replaced a number of tables with booths and that makes it much nicer inside. Food is great. Lots of variety. Excellent prices. The one thing about this place that annoys me is that they never bring your bill to the table -- I always have to go to the cash to find out how much the bill is and pay. Not a biggie but still annoying.

Bad Experience

I went to this restaurant this evening, and I will never return! They have many varied options for food, so I ordered chicken corn soup. It was decent until I was on my last spoon and I found something in my soup: a dirty fingernail! My dad called the waiter over, and once we told him that we had found a fingernail in my soup, he became very rude and disrespectful, and really defensive actually. His comment was: "Well, what do you want me to do? The soup is almost done! This has never happened before, and my chefs would never let something like this happen!" That is TERRIBLE customer service. He even stopped and looked at my fingernails! I do not bite my nails, and the nail was even clipped perfectly. Would I step into that restaurant again? No. Would I commend their customer service? No. And would I recommend this place to anyone? NO. Foodie be aware!

quick service, consistent quality

we always come here when we're too lazy to cook. service is quick, portions are big (we always have leftovers to take home) and quality of food is consistent.

Love it here! Amazing Chinese food!

I've been here many times with some friends and my husband. The food is always consistently delicious, and service is always great. They have a really cheap lunch special through the week, and you get tons of food with it. Very highly recommend for a nice casual meal.

Poor quality food, sauces are not homemade, but taste like they came from a jug. Ingredients (fish, etc) were obviously previously frozen (very rubbery). Not the worst chinese food I've ever had, but definitely not very good. Sauces were either very bland or very sugary. Yuck.

Awsome place for Take-out or sit-in, food is always good, and i eat at all 3 locations, Markham, Whitby and the new one in scarborough....great lunch specials under 10 dollars......

Good but Could be Better

Had lunch here based on a recommendation from my sister-in-law. Ordered the chicken pad thai. Huge serving. Comes with a spring roll which tasted like it had been in the freezer too long. Pad Thai was very good but I prefer my pad thai to also have shrimp and tofu in it. Yes, I knew it was only chicken when I ordered it but it was the only pad thai on the menu. Oddly it didn't come with peanuts. Service was very quick and the price can't be beat.
