I dropped my lap top for servicing last Wednesday at app 1:00 - Friday at noon I went in to see what had been done and they they finally opened an order to work on the lap top. I was told it was next in line - Tuesday I went in at 1:00 pm to find that they appeared not to have even looked at the lap top. The suggested problem (Wednesday) was also what they thought was the issue on Tuesday. No cummunication / Not confirmed and I took the lap top back so I could get proper, timely servicing.
