Dynasty Air Great service, very helpful and prompt. Installed new A/C unit with follow-up. Dynasty is an AAA company with great servicemen and office backup. SB
Requested Dynasty as they service our Monarch condo. Two technicians could not find the AC problem until one of them touched a wire and the wire came loose. They felt securing the wire would fix the system. They left saying it was fine. Within 24 hours the system was down again. The same technician came back up. He now checked the electrical panel and said he could not repair the breaker and we needed to get an electrician. Charged for 1 1/2 visits. Nothing was ever fixed. Owner was useless.
