I went for a trim and the owner suggested a treatment. I didn't ask ahead of time for the price as their listed prices are reasonable. The receptionist ended up charging my $485. The next day I went back to the salon the owner to clarify the charge and he asked the receptionist to refund $130. The trim and treatment were fine but the prices are exorbitant and arbitrary.
